- Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Exclusions
- Misuse: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations is not covered.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear are not included in the warranty coverage.
- Unauthorised Repairs: Repairs or modifications by unauthorised personnel void the warranty.
- Incorrect Hydraulic Fluid: Use of incorrect hydraulic fluid voids the warranty.
- Modifications: Any modifications made to refurbished units void the warranty.
3. Warranty Claims
- Procedure: To make a warranty claim, contact us via our contact page. Ensure to add as much information as possible and provide photographs if available.
- Evaluation: We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for return if necessary.
- Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund the defective item based on the evaluation.
4. Shipping Costs
- Initial Claims: Spider’s Workshop Ltd will cover shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
- Subsequent Issues: Customers may be responsible for shipping costs if further warranty service is needed.
